Q: Do you accept returns?

A: Yes, we do within 60 days of purchase. If your item has a manufacturer warranty, please contact them after the initial 60 days. Our only exception to this policy is for Clothing & Costumes, which has a 14 day return policy.

Q: How do I return my item?

A: Please contact us with a description of the problem and we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number. All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number.

Q: Who pays for the return shipping on an item?

A: Per our policy as listed on eBay, the buyer will need to cover the return shipping. We will gladly pay the shipping of a replacement item for you.

Q: What is the restocking fee on my return?

A: There is no restocking fee on our items, however they may be subject to return shipping charges or original shipping charges.

Q: Is there a warranty on my subwoofers if they are blown?

A: No warranty is available on blown subwoofers. Abuse of the product is not covered under any warranty.
